Spyker car
IPL. Is that every one want?
i am big buff of cricket. it is ipl over and over again here in india where players from all ’round the excellent are part of this. according to bcci; ipl is affluent promote the domestic cricket talent in india by giving an opportunity to specific players to play with international players.
Intensions are good, but it is sad but I believe things are just mater of business, money and power. Yes I am talking about Vijay Mallya’s statements and his behavior, I don’t want talk about business tycoon Vijay Mallya’s strategy. I am writing this not say what right and wrong, it is my sincere try to know whether Vijay Mallya has give the respect to Daravid in the public that he has to give.
When tournament started there where lot of critics around Bangalore Team which called the team as a test playing side. I believe it is a part of the life where every one has a right to have their strategy for the game, that’s why world is like this some one get success and some are not. I guess things got worse when team lost badly in their opening match with Kalkutta team.
Even after some matches team did not bounced back from the bottom of the league table. I agree that this is a concern for Vijay Mallya who a has invested millions in to build the team. I don’t know this is right or wrong Charu Sharma got sacked and a strong public statement where he shown his confident on his team and its captain. It was really a shocking statement from Vijay Mally when He started blaming Dravid for all problems.
Interested can read this article on controversy:
I don’t know what to say about Vijay Mallya who even own a team in F1 Force India which was bought the F1 former team Spyker. I guess he don’t have any problem with driver and car selection to blame. It is very surprising since Vijay Mallya don’t have any issues by staying his Force India team in the bottom of the league table.
It is true that things are not going in the right direction for Bangalore team. I am very sure Dravids silence convey us allot, it is all a matter of gentle mans style. I believe things will be better for Dravid and for his team.

Is MICE Better Than RICE for Injuries?

From this great little post by Jiu-Jitsu Sensei Lori O’Connell on her recovery from hip flexor pull:
conventional wisdom when it came to muscle and joint recovery used to be rice (rest, ice, compression, elevation). but recently it has been found that immobilizing an abuse (unless it’s a fracture, torn muscle or your doctor advises you to) shuts the muscle down and restricts blood flow. as contrasted with, modern medical research is suggesting that moving the muscle and encouraging blood flow to oxygenate the area and flush completely metabolic waste helps you mend faster. now diverse doctors are saying that rice should be used at best for the first 24-48 hours of the injury after which mice should be used. in this acronym, “movement” replaces “rest.”
I feel that all coaches and instructors should have basic or advanced knowledge of first aid CPR, and recovery from injuries that may be experienced in athletic training or competition. For those that do, the RICE acronym is well known. From About.com Sports Medicine’s RICE page:
The R.I.C.E. Method of Acute Injury Treatment Includes:
So what is MICE? According to O’Connell’s post, it was recommended that after following the RICE treatment for the first 48 hours or so, that she basically keep things moving. Gentle stretching and conditioning were prescribed. The Google excerpt of “Sport and Exercise Medicine for Pharmacists” By Steven B. Kayne recommends letting pain be the guide - it should be uncomfortable, but not painful.
Great find by Sensei O’Connell, unfortunate that it took injury to bring it to light.

Hong Ji Mian Shi Jia: Translucent Mee
with liverpool and smart

wanton mee with in addition char siew $3.50i am day one to see that there are really two broad groups of wanton mee fans. united assortment focuses just on the quality of the noodles. they don’t really care if the char siew or wanton is quite ordinary, they just go for the noodles and chilli. damien belongs to this group.the other group go for the overall package. the noodles should be good adequacy, but it has to come with tasty, thrilling lewd and a affluent char siew that is at least roasted with charcoal. i belong to this squad.ok with that experience, you ordain penetrate more incontestably what i am trying to tell you around this wanton mee that damien recommended. this is apparently his number one blue-eyed boy wanton mee play for time and belief me, damien has eaten at a batch of wanton mee stalls.well it is the kind of wanton mee that on first impression will elicit a “you of course i travelled all the way here to eat this?” kind of answer. at $2.50 per plate it is undoubtedly cheap but the infrequent slivers of char siew that looks as if it has been chop off by a microtome look more like garnishing than a topping. but that’s okay, with just a request to “geh liao” and $1 more, the noodles can be dressed with a bit more modesty.

the saintly opportunity about this wanton mee is the noodles which are really thin, translucent and flat somewhat than round in cross-allocate. i actually like mee kia (fine noodles) which is flat rather than collect because i stumble on that the bite is more full of pep. i think the flatness makes the noodles more curly compared to circle noodles. just be partial to the metamorphosis between the ringlets on your head and the other major cluster of hair on your body. you all recall of circuit that the hair on top is round and the one at the bottom is total, pronto? i am only guessing about the noodles but the trivia about the hair is accomplishment…….sorry, hope i didn’t throw you rotten spread out noodles forever.the wantons here are a waste of calories. extreme of lavish skin with very little mince, it really is very disappointing for such a well decorated stall. however, the char siew here is excellent. they still make their own with a charcoal oven hidden in the corner of their tiny stall. head over heels in love with and succulent with impartial enough of the crunchy burnt bits. the only hornet’s nest is you have to ask them to pile in on in order to get some sincere satisfaction. 4/5conclusionwe were there in the afternoon, so the old man was not the one cooking. i was told that his braised pork is really good. so dialect mayhap in the mornings you might get a better plate of wild mee. it was certainly one of the better wanton mees around and would choose the group of people who just go recompense the noodles.
